Visitors to Sherman may soon have a new place to stay the night. City officials finalized incentive negotiations this week with developers for a new hotel and convention center complex that could bring more than 230 new rooms to the Sherman market.
While Sherman and other local entities are preparing for the September election and the November elections, area residents should also be preparing.
