1925-2023 Sherman- Funeral services for James Lether Greeson will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 24 at Waldo Funeral Home. Mike Bates will officiate, and burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Kasen Debose, Edgar Alvarenga, Carl Peacock, and Larry Marshall serving as pallbearers.

1932-2023 Lois Elaine Tappa, 90, a longtime Sherman resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at her home. A Celebration of Lois’ life will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Sherman at 11:00 AM.

1948-2023 Brenda Kay Luper was born on January 3, 1948, in Bells, Texas, to Jack Schultz and Rosemary Grate. Growing up in a Christian household, she understood the value of living for Jesus, and accepted him as her savior at a young age.
