The Cop process often seems to encapsulate the broader global reaction to climate breakdown. Grayson County commissioners Tuesday decided against a tax abatement and reinvestment zone for Galactic Solar, LLP. According to county residents who spoke out against the matter in the public hearing held before commissioners voted, the tax abatement had previously been turned down by the city of Southmayd and S&S Consolidate School District.
