A number of local people were recently indicted by Grayson County grand jurors. The indictments are formal charges and are not considered evidence of guilt.

Local first responders and members of the community gathered Friday to mark the anniversary of the attacks of 9/11 and the stories of tragedy and sacrifice that continue, more than 20 years later. Friday’s ceremonies, organized by Simmons Bank, are among many events being held over the weekend in recognition of the attacks that happened 21 years ago as of Sunday.
