4,000 served: GC marks adult education week
Since July 1, 2020, 4,000 students have enrolled in nocost adult education classes offered by Grayson College in Collin, Cooke, Fannin and Grayson counties. This milestone comes on the annual Adult Education and Family Literacy Week, set for September 18-24 to remind us that reading, writing and basic math remain an elusive target for millions of adults nationwide, including 19% of Grayson County residents.
