Sherman City Manager gets high marks on annual evaluation

Sherman’s City Manager recently got high marks on his annual evaluation. The Sherman City Council recently voiced their approval of City Manager Robby Hefton and his work over the past year in his annual performance review. The city council finalized the annual evaluation on July 18 when it approved an amended and restated employment agreement of Hefton. The Herald Democrat received a copy of the agreement and evaluation this month through a Freedom of Information Act request.
