Tre’ Mask added 18 points, Treyson Jones finished with nine points and Kiaron McKinney chipped in seven points for Sherman.


Sheldon Moore scored 18 points, Nathan Razo finished with 10 points and John Gressett chipped in eight points for Melissa.


Prosper 84, Denison 59


PROSPER — McShane Wyatt made five three-pointers and finished with 26 points for Denison but Prosper defeated the Yellow Jackets in non-district action on Tuesday night.


Raylen Johnson added nine points, Carlton Hines finished with seven points and Will Parker chipped in six points for Denison (1-2), which plays at Frisco Liberty at 2 p.m. on Saturday.


Whitesboro 56, Liberty Christian 49


WHITESBORO — Ryan Schuessler scored 19 points and Kaden Anderson added 16, leading Whitesboro to a home win over Argyle Liberty Christian.


The Bearcats prevailed despite Liberty Christian’s Stephen Ugochukwu, who scored a game-high 30 points.


Whitesboro (2-1) has an extended break and will play in the Sanger Tournament a week from Thursday.


Blue Ridge 66, Bells 41


BLUE RIDGE — Brevin Wiggins scored 23 points as Blue Ridge defeated Bells in non-district action on Tuesday night.


Harrison Martin added 20 points while Thomas Weatherford and Brody Worth chipped in six points apiece for Blue Ridge (5-2), which hosts Ector on Tuesday.


Ian Murphy scored 13 points, Derek Paveloff added nine points and Noah Straw finished with six points for Bells (1-2), which hosts Anna on Tuesday.


Aubrey 49, Howe 44


HOWE — John Jacob Talley had 15 points and three assists for Howe but Aubrey defeated the Bulldogs in non-district action on Tuesday.


Griffin Underwood added 12 points and three assists, Brice Harvey chipped in nine points and 12 rebounds and Michael Kehrer scored seven points for Howe (1-6), which plays at Van Alstyne on Tuesday.

Whitewright 50, Quinlan Ford 29


WHITEWRIGHT — Mason Riggins scored 13 points as Whitewright defeated Quinlan Ford at its tournament on Tuesday afternoon.


Dane Robinson added 12 points and Avery Dodson chipped in six points for the Tigers.


In other tourney action, Whitewright lost against Van Alstyne, 39-37. Riggins had a game-high 26 points.


Van Alstyne 57, Chisum 45


WHITEWRIGHT — Zach Davis scored 23 points as Van Alstyne defeated Paris Chisum at the Whitewright Turkey Shootout on Tuesday.


Bailey Thorpe added 10 points and Jared McMakin finished with seven points for the Panthers.


Davis and McMakin had 10 points while Colin McCaskill chipped in six points during Van Alstyne’s 39-37 victory against Whitewright in other tournament action on Tuesday.


The all-tournament team was Honey Grove’s Jeremy Patt, Van Alstyne’s Zach Davis and Colin McCaskill, Whitewright’s Dane Robinson and Mason Riggins, Devin Lewis of Quinlan Ford and Paris Chisum’s Trent Evans and Josh Lawlings.
