SDURANT — Southeastern has scheduled its women’s basketball matchup with Dallas Christian for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Bloomer Sullivan Arena.


The contest was originally set for Nov. 25 but was delayed by a week due to weather conditions in the Texoma and Dallas areas, and the due to a schedule misunderstanding by the Crusader was again bumped from Dec. 2 to today.


The Savage Storm come into the matchup with a 4-2 mark on the year, but are looking to bounce back from a road loss to Northeastern State over the holiday weekend.


Today’s game is also the final opportunity to get free admission to a Southeastern basketball game just by bringing a canned food item.


SOSU is led by a trio of players averaging in double figures, with Breana Small-Peppers turning in 13.0 ppg, followed by Emily Williams at 11.0 ppg and Haley Schaefer at 10.8 ppg. Small-Peppers also leads the club in rebounds with 8.6 per outing, while Williams is right behind with 7.3.
