Caroline Kasson finished with 16 kills, 15 digs and five aces, Sophia Davis handed out 26 assists, Charley Lane totaled 12 assists, seven digs and six kills and Brittany Melcher collected 12 digs for Melissa (21-9, 4-1), which is tied with Celina and Aubrey atop the standings.

Gunter def. Pilot Point 3-0


GUNTER — Camryn MacDonald had 10 kills as second-place Gunter clinched a playoff spot with a 25-17, 25-12, 25-16 victory against Pilot Point on Friday.


Beth Gilbreath added nine kills, Sarah Franze chipped in 19 digs, four aces and three kills, Nyah Ingram collected 10 digs, Alyssa Jarrell put down five aces and Jacee Childers handed out out 25 assists for Gunter (24-8, 7-1).


Callisburg def. S&S 3-0


SADLER — The first-place Callisburg Lady Wildcats clinched a playoff spot with a 25-7, 25-6, 25-7 victory against S&S in district action on Friday.


Grace Johnson had four kills, three digs and two assists, Leighann Wolfe handed out six assists, Kaylee Baker collected 11 digs, Mickey Baur added seven digs and Riley Marshall chipped in five digs for S&S (10-19, 0-8).

Leonard def. Whitewright 3-1


WHITEWRIGHT — Alyssa Davis had 19 kills and 17 digs as third-place Leonard defeated Whitewright, 25-10, 23-25, 25-13, 25-21, in district action on Friday.


Nakita Harris collected 17 digs and Linda Feagan collected 11 digs for Leonard (23-10, 5-3).


Juliann Kelley had nine kills and five digs, Jy’Rea Johnson put down nine kills, Erin Wood finished with eight kills, Emily Looney chipped in seven kills and eight digs and Kennedy Shaw and Kelsey Hodgdon each collected 11 digs for Whitewright (13-18, 2-6).

Tioga def. Saint Jo 3-0


SAINT JO — Nicole Hill had 15 kills as Tioga swept Saint Jo, 25-15, 25-19, 25-17, to clinch a Class 1A playoff spot on Friday.


Andrea Perez added 14 kills and three blocks and Brittany Barnett handed out 37 assists for Tioga (23-10, 7-2).


District 11-2A


Blue Ridge def. Dodd City 3-0


BLUE RIDGE — Shelby Gerner had 15 kills, seven digs, five blocks and three assists as Blue Ridge beat Dodd City in a battle of district co-leaders, 25-10, 25-10, 25-23, on Friday.


Skylar Gerner added 11 kills and two blocks, Ellery Martin chipped in five kills and two blocks, Kelsie Kennon finished with 14 digs and three kills, Taylor Langwell collected 21 digs and Marlaina Morgan and Dakota Deckard each handed out 16 assists for Blue Ridge (15-12, 8-1), which is now tied only with Bells for first place.


Journie Hilliard had five kills, Sarah Brent added four kills and three digs, Abby Weeks handed out 13 assists to go with four kills and Dani Baccus collected six digs for Dodd City (20-7, 7-2), which sits alone in third.

TRENTON — Bella Smith had 10 kills and six digs as co-leader Bells defeated fourth-place Trenton, 25-10, 25-14, 25-21, in district action on Friday.


Dezeray Poe put down nine kills, Charli Waggoner chipped in six kills, Hali Williams handed out 11 assists, Cheyenne Floyd totaled 11 assists, three kills and three digs and Kennedy Derzapf collected 10 digs for Bells (15-17, 8-1).


Tom Bean def. Savoy 3-0


SAVOY — Baylee Stautzenberger had five kills and seven aces as Tom Bean beat Savoy, 25-20, 25-9, 25-8, in district action on Friday.


Jillian Beck handed out 11 assists to go with four kills and five aces, Cheyanne Worley totaled eight aces, Jewel Mason put down five aces and Kaitlyn Lind and Lexi Ellis each added three kills for Tom Bean.
