Commissioners and TCOG got crosswise with each other over the ILA a few weeks back when TCOG’s Board voted against allowing Grayson County to operate under a different ILA than the other counties in the COG. Grayson County commissioners then removed former Denison Mayor Bill Lindsay from the TCOG Board as the county’s representative because he voted against the county on that matter.

In addition, the Court will consider the following:

• a request to declare several items as surplus so they can be sold at auction;

• a request to approve road bores at Pop Noah Road and Crossroads Road in Precinct 3;

• a request request to approve the County’s 2013 value and tax levy;

• a request request to adjust salaries for three WIC employees;

• a request request to discuss adding additional Securitas personnel to jail staff to expedite efficiency through court system; and

• a request request to discuss the First Insurance Agent Agreement proposal to act as county insurance agent/broker.
