Forgery —On Friday, an officer went to a business in the 500 block of W. Lamar Street. As he was making a purchase the clerk said that two unknown individuals had passed counterfeit money. The officer gathered information and made a report.

Theft — Officers responded to a theft Friday in the 2500 block of Texoma Parkway. Three suspects had entered several cars, took property from them and then stole a car from the parking lot and fled the scene. Officers made a report for theft.


Driving while license invalid — An officer initiated a traffic stop Friday in the 700 block of Gribble Street. The driver did not have current insurance and his driving eligibility had been suspended. The officer arrested the driver for driving while license invalid with no proof of financial responsibility.


Forgery —An officer went Friday to a house in the 900 block of Valentine Drive regarding a forgery. The victim said her nurses aide was allowed to take her personal check to purchase groceries, however the aide cashed the check for several hundred dollars and kept the money. The officer made a report for forgery.


Duty on striking fixture — An officer spoke with a woman Friday in the 3600 block of S. Dakota Drive. The woman said that on Thursday someone drove a pickup through her yard, uprooting some small trees. The trees hit her wood fence, causing damage. The officer made a report for CR-3 and for duty striking fixture/highway landscape.


Theft — On Saturday, an officer went to a house in the 1400 block of E. Cherry Street to respond to a theft. The victim said friends were visiting him at his home. Two of them left, and the victim noticed his gaming console and movies were missing. The officer made a report for theft.


Theft — An officer responded to a theft Saturday at a department store in the 400 block of E. Highway 82. Employees attempted to detain a shoplifter who stole more than $50 worth of merchandise, but the suspect still fled on foot. The officer made a report for theft.


Possession of marijuana — An officer stopped a car for a traffic violation Saturday in the 1200 block of E. Thomas Street. The driver consented to a search, and the officer found several bags of marijuana. The driver also had a bag of marijuana in his pants. The officer arrested the man for possession of marijuana.


Public intoxication — Officers went Saturday to the 100 block of Sunset Boulevard regarding to an intoxicated man urinating outside of a business. The suspect was soiled and had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath. The suspect had minor injuries on his face from when he tripped and fell down. The suspect also admitted to being intoxicated. Officers arrested the suspect and made a report for public intoxication.


Criminal mischief — On Sunday, an officer responded to a report of criminal mischief at a house in the 2900 block of Hillbrook Street. A suspect had damaged a door frame and a wall by forcing the door open. The officer made a report for criminal mischief.


Consumption of alcohol by minor — An officer made a traffic stop Sunday in the 100 block of W. FM 1417. The officer arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated. The 18-year-old passenger was also intoxicated. The officer arrested the passenger for consumption of alcohol by a minor.


Theft — A man called police Sunday saying that someone stole his motor-assisted bicycle from his front porch in the 1300 block of S. Montgomery Street. Police made a report for theft of property.


Burglary — A man reported Sunday that his business in the 300 block of N. Bryant Avenue was broken into. An officer collected evidence and made a report.
