BONHAM — Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser recently released a list of people indicted by Fannin County grand jurors including some who face charges of abusing children and the elderly. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt. The following people were indicted:

The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt. The following people were indicted:


• Benjamin Lee Beste, 22, of Bonham — injury to an elderly or disabled person with serious bodily injury;


• Dale Edward Bosh, 46, of Ector — continuous sexual abuse of a child a victim under 14;


• Rashad Dwayne Brown, 19, of Bonham — two counts of burglary of a building;


• Sonia Casebolt, 23, of Leonard — credit case abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information;


• Marshall Ellis, 20, of Honey Grove — delivery of marijuana to a minor;


• Jordan J. Finney, 23, of Hone Grove — delivery of marijuana to a minor, delivery of marijuana, possession of marijuana, manufacture and deliver of a controlled substance, (two counts) possession of marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds;


• Christifer Nickolace Howard, 33, of Leonard — escape while in custody;


• Donald Howell, 71, of McKinney — theft of property over $1,500 and under $20,000;


• Cindy Kay Jones, 33, of Wolf City — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


• David Joe Jones, 35, of Bonham — bail jumping and failure to appear felony enhanced;


• Jeremy Wayne Shguit, 25 of Bonham — aggravated assault with a weapon, family violence;


• Jessie Demetrias Stephens, 30, of Whitewright — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


• William Chase Westmoreland, 25, of Wolf City — evading arrest with a previous conviction and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;


• Charles Keith Williams, 32, of Bonham — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence.
