The Rehabilitation Center, a nonprofit organization, has served the Texoma area for 63 years, providing vital rehabilitation services on an outpatient basis to children and adults. Services include physical, occupational, speech, language, and sensory integration therapies, as well as wellness and adjunct services. The Center’s therapists specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a variety of problems, from minor to complicated orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, developmental delay and many others.

The goal of therapy at The Rehabilitation Center is to enable every individual treated to improve or regain functional independence. Clients benefit from their ability to schedule multiple therapies, have state of the art equipment immediately available and work with highly trained therapists.. No client is refused treatment due to financial limitations.


Services require a referral and prescription from your physician. The Center is a Medicare and Medicaid provider and participates with many insurance companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The Center also accepts Workman’s Compensation.


The Rehab Center receives community support through donations from United Way, local foundations, businesses and individuals. In addition, The Center hosts three fundraising events a year: Ribs for Rehab, a Telethon and Race for Rehab - 5K.
