The statement said the woman then went home and got her husband and they drove back through the area. They located a man who turned out to be 18-year-old Lee Edward Haywood of Sherman.

DPD Spokesperson Mike Eppler said Mr. Haywood was found east of the roadway. Denison officers and paramedics went to the scene but the young man was deceased.
