BONHAM — The Fannin County Commissioners Court will discuss several resolutions, signage at a County building and other agenda items at 9 a.m. Monday in the Fannin County Courthouse.


The Court will discuss, consider and act on the following agenda items:


• approve proclamation for Texas Food Connection Week on February 16-22;


• requesting a certified structural engineer to inspect the County Courthouse building;


• delay use of current District Clerk’s office as a conference room and move District Clerk, Chief Deputy to that location;


• replace/repair hot water heaters at the South Annex County Building;


• approve revision, format and funding source for signage at the South Annex County Building, to include Justice of the Peace Precinct One and Bond Supervision offices;


• approve bid process for asphalt needs for county precinct barns;


• approve resolution adopting a local Section 3 policy;


• approve Excessive Force Resolution;


• approve resolution adopting a Section 504 Grievance Procedures Policy;


• approve Fannin County Auditor’s monthly reports for January 2014; and


• approve payment of bills.
