Although an SUV flipped over, no one was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon on U.S. Highway 75 in Sherman.

Shortly before 3 p.m., a Ford Explorer headed southbound on 75 rear-ended a Ford Escape for unknown reasons, said Sherman Police Officer Cody Woods. The Escape veered off the road and flipped over near the Loy Lake Road exit.

The woman and child in the Escape only sustained minor injuries and were not taken to the hospital, Woods said. The occupants of the Explorer were not injured.
