Howard Hunter, 43, from Fort Worth, pleaded guilty to theft of property- enhanced and burglary of building-enhanced and was sentenced to eight years in prison on each.


Jacob Jerrall, 62, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated-3rd or more and was sentenced to seven years in prison.


Leroy Henderson, 24, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and was sentenced to five years in prison.


Broderick Harris, 36, from McKinney, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for driving while intoxicated-3rd or more. Harris was also sentenced to fifteen months in state jail for failing to comply with probation previously granted for possession of a controlled substance-Cocaine.


Samantha Hanway, 29, from Oakpoint, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in prison.


Jessica Hernandez, 32, from Carrolton, pleaded guilty, without a plea agreement, to two charges of intoxication assault with a vehicle and was sentenced by the judge to two years in prison.


Christopher Hammond, 45, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.


Johnny McCartney, 20, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.


Coy Marsh, 76, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to six months in state jail.


David Jones, 28, from Sherman, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for robbery. Jones was also sentenced to six months in state jail for failing to comply with probation previously granted for possession of a controlled substance-oxycodone.


Jason Klas, 35, from Pottsboro, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for 6 years, and a $1,500 fine.


Michael Johnson, 40, from Denison, pleaded guilty to assault on a public servant and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for five years, and a $1,000 fine. Johnson also pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years.


Robert Miller, 43, from Denison, pleaded guilty to criminal non-support and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, restitution, and a $100 fine.


Joanna Hart, 24, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for three years, and a $1,500 fine.


Deanna Leo, 35, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance-cocaine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for two years, and a $2,000 fine.


Harley Morgan, 19, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to one charge of aggravated robbery and one charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to ten years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Cody Newsom, 27, from Gordonville, pleaded guilty to credit card abuse and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,200 fine.


Frederick Haupert, 31, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to accident involving injury and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Isaac Lozano, 20, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-Cocaine and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $3,000 fine.


Alton McMillian, 61, from Houston, pleaded guilty to engaging in organized criminal activities and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $200 fine.


Thomas Murray, 32, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to retaliation and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,200 fine.


Katrina Huschke, 41, from Bells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.


Keyeo Jones, 27, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.
