Commissioners will consider Mike Shahan’s request to approve $4,250 in additional costs to finish out the extension of sewer lines to the west side of State Highway 289. Shahan said the increased costs is to provide "stub-outs" that will allow for expansion to the system.

Shahan will also ask county leaders to permit Grayson County Judge Drue Bynum to sign a proof of loss and accept insurance proceeds from damage to the NTRA from ice in December. Shahan said the most significant damage impacted one hangar where the weight of the ice damaged the doors.

In addition, commissioners will consider a request to amend the purchasing policy by increasing the departmental purchase level for Juvenile Services to $750.
