Fannin County grand jurors have returned 303 indictments so far in 2013. This past week, grand jurors added 25 new cases to that number, according to information released by Fannin County District Attorney Richard Glaser. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.

The following people were indicted this week:


• Miguel Jesus Castillo, 17, of Bonham — burglary of a building;


• Corpey Ray Crisp, 21, of Wichita Falls — evading arrest with a motor vehicle;


• David Christopher Cys, 46, of Irving — theft of property and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information;


• Clinton Dale Espy, 37, of Paris — manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance;


• Steven Wirth Johnson, 33, of Leonard — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a family or household member;


• Jackie Lee Krietel Jr., 20, of Bonham — burglary of a building;


• Erica Gail Nolen, 38, of Ivanhoe — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


• Andrew Melvin Patterson, 36, of Tom Bean — possession of a controlled substance;


• Kristin Dannielle Powell, 29, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance and endangering a child;


• Amy Denise Shelley, 33, of Ivanhoe — four counts of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child;


• Anthony Jerome Smith, 27, of Sherman — manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence;


• Cale Allen Smith Jr., 35, of Bokchito, Okla. — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle;


• Garry Springs, 35, of Lubbock — theft of property;


• Victoria Nava Springs, 41, of Lubbock — theft of property;


• Jessie Demetrias Stephens, 30, of Whitewright — escape while arrested;


• Tyran Deleon White, 32, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance.
