Grayson County commissioners will discuss leadership at the Grayson County Health Department when they meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Grayson County Courthouse in Sherman.


Commissioners will consider appointing Dr. Jerry D. Bennett to his second term as the Grayson County Heath Authority.


As the County Health Authority, Dr. Bennett over sees the treatment provided at the Grayson County Health Department.


In addition, commissioners will consider the following:


• a request to approve Development Agreement with Brookshire Grocery Company;


• a request to approve Resolution for a project of the Denison Development Alliance;


• a request to approve the Participation Agreement with the city of Denison for the TIRZ 1;


• a request to approve interlocal agreement with the city of Howe for road repairs;


• a request to approve street repairs on Vernon Street in the city of Bells for a cost of $2,500;


• a request to permit road bores on O’Hanlon and Spalding Roads in Pct. 3;


• a request to approve a road bore on Knight Road in Pct. 4.


• a request to declare the listed Mack truck from Pct. 4 as surplus for sale at auction as presented;


• a request to award contracts for the annual supply of aggregates as presented;


• a request to award the annual Rock Hauling Contract as presented;


• a request to declare the listed vehicles from the District Attorney’s Office as surplus for sale at auction as presented;


• a request to discuss with Blue Cross Blue Shield ways in which the Affordable Health Care Act affects part time employees.
