Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown recently released a list of cases cleared from the 397th stat District Court docket. The following were on the list.


Aundrea Wallace, 26, from Tulsa, Okla., pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver – cocaine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison and a $500 fine.


Charles Tallas, 52, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to three charges of possession of child pornography and was sentenced to 10 years in prison on all three charges and a $350 fine.


Guadalupe Suarez-Dominguez, 40, from Princeton, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – cocaine and was sentenced to eight years in prison and a $500 fine.


Norban Sullivan, 37, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to seven years in prison and a $300 fine.


Roberto Rosas, 27, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years in prison and a $500 fine.


Johnny Roberson, 29, from Whitewright, pleaded guilty to five charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to six years in prison on all five charges and a $250 fine.


Derwin Riddick, 33, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – phencyclidine and was sentenced to six years in prison. Riddick also pleaded guilty to evading arrest with previous convictions and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.


Leonel Sanchez-Lopez, 23, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to indecency with a child – sexual contact and was sentenced to four years in prison.


Shelyn McClain, 26, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for tampering with physical evidence. Also, McClain pleaded guilty to prohibitive substance in a correctional facility - methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years in prison.


Merwin Walker, 51, from Denison, was sentenced by the judge to three years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine.


Wiatrolik, Michael 20, Sherman, was sentenced to 16 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine.


Timothy Smith, 36, from Denison, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief over $1,500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail and a $200 fine.


Jermel Wafer, 25, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to 14 months in state jail and a $100 fine.


Moises Rodriguez-Erives, 56, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age and was sentenced to nine months in state jail.


Rebecka Wyrick, 34, from Whitesboro, pleaded guilty to theft of property over $1,500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 60 days in county jail and two years in state jail, probated for five years. Wyrick also pleaded guilty to four charges of forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, on all four charges.


Gary Pope, 63, from Denison, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and was sentenced by the judge to 30 days in county jail, 10 years in prison, probated for five years, and a $1,000 fine.


Quinton Cyrus, 27, Sherman, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated 10 years, and a $300 fine.


Samuel Parrott, 39, from Denison, pleaded guilty to evading arrest with a vehicle and was sentenced to seven years in prison, probated for seven years, and a $300 fine.


Shannon Owen, 34, from Denison, pleaded guilty to forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, and a $1,000 fine.


Patrick Turner, 30, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years, and a $300 fine.


Robert Savage, 32, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance - methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated for five years, and a $500 fine.


John Thomas, 41, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated four years, and a $500 fine.


Kenneth Puls, 31, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to sex offender’s duty to register and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation.


Brett Reed, 22, from Van Alstyne, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $3,000 fine. Reed also pleaded guilty to burglary of a building and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation.


Darrin Osbourn, 24, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana over 4oz under 5 lbs and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.


Jessica Sheren, 22, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Lindsey Tucker, 26, from Denison, pleaded guilty to theft of property under $1,500 with 2 or more previous convictions and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.


Ricky Stephenson, 26, from Denison, pleaded guilty to theft of firearm and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.


Casey Taylor, 34, from Sadler, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.
