Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown’s office released a list of people whose criminal cases were resolved in November. The following is a list of those cases that were cleared from the 15th state District Court:


Trevor Carr, 18, from Sherman, pleaded guilty, without a plea agreement, to burglary of habitation and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.


Kenneth Barnes, 28, from Melissa, pleaded guilty to indecency with a child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Barnes also pleaded guilty to fail to register as sex offender and was sentenced to five years in prison.


Candace Cranfill, 31, from Sherman, was sentenced to eight years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for delivery of controlled substance – fentanyl.


Bobbi Boone, 35, from Denison, pleaded guilty to delivery of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to eight years in prison.


Tanja Gauthier, 41, from Cartwright, Okla., pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver – methamphetamine and was sentenced to seven years in prison. Gauthier was also sentenced to seven years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for one charge of forgery of government instrument and was sentenced to seven years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine.


Chazdon Anderson, 32, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to fail to register as sex offender and was sentenced to three years in prison.


Dana Daniel 32, from Burneyville, Okla., pleaded guilty to six charges of forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail and restitution. Daniel also pleaded guilty to two charges of credit card abuse and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.


Miacha Franks, 49, from Denison, pleaded guilty to theft of property under $1,500 with two or more previous convictions and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail.


Brian Duprey, 30, from Gordonville, pleaded guilty to one charge of burglary of a building and one charge of theft of property under $1,500 with two or more previous convictions and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail on each charge and a $1,000 fine


Le Roy Allen Gray. Jr, 24, from Gainesville, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.


German Estrada, 37, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – cocaine and was sentenced to six months in state jail.


Mary Bowden, 31, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to theft of property under $1,500 with two or more previous convictions –enhanced and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated 10 years, and 100 days in jail. Bowden also pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated five years, and a $1,500 fine, completion of drug court, and completion of substance abuse felony punishment facility.


Cameron Clayton, 29, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to on-line impersonation and was sentenced to five years in prison, probated five years, and a $1,000 fine.


Linda Guest, 63, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and was sentenced to five years in prison, probated five years, $250 fine, and a deep lung device.


Ismael Avelar, 18, from Odessa, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – cocaine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated for five years. Avelar also pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Hubert Anglin, 46, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated four years, and a $,1000 fine.


James Wayne Baker II, 46, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana over 4oz under 5 lbs and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated four years, and a $1,000 fine


Laura Ford, 20, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication probation, a $750 fine, and 90 days in county jail.


Danielle Davidson, 25, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to credit card abuse and was sentenced to five years deferred adjudication probation and a $500 fine.


James Gabriel Baker, 18, from Sherman, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana over 4oz under 5lb and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Khristina Brown, 33, from Denison, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $1,000 fine.


Christina Dolan, 30, from Denison, pleaded guilty to six charges of forgery of a financial instrument and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation, 45 days in county jail, and restitution. Dolan also pleaded guilty to two charges of credit card abuse and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $200 fine.
