Grayson Commissioners Court will discuss vehicle registration stickers, when they meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Grayson County Courthouse in Sherman.

Recently the Court voted to allow Kroger food stores in Sherman and Denison to serve as places county residents can purchase registration stickers for their vehicles. Tuesday commissioners will accept that vote into their meeting records. Grayson County Tax Assessor Collector Bruce Stidham said authorizing Kroger stores to issue the stickers will allow county residents to perform those tasks on days and hours that the courthouse or sub courthouse may not be open. Stidham said if that works out, other grocery stores in the area will be allowed to be a part of the program.

Another item the Court will receive into its minutes is the enactment of the city of Denison and Grayson County Agreement for participation in the Tax Increment Financing District No.2. The TIF relates to the Schuler Development at Preston Harbour. The city, several other entities and Schuler Development have been working on the planned, high-end development on Lake Texoma for more than 12 years.

The Court will also vote on proclaiming November 2013 as "National Hospice Palliative Care Month." This is meant to, "encourage citizens to increase their understanding and awareness of care at the end of life and to observe this month with appropriate activities and programs," according to the text of the proclamation.

Other agenda items to be considered are:

• a request to approve a lease agreement contract with a Loy Park tenant;

• a request to approve a road bore on Bones Chapel Road in Precinct 4;

• a request to discuss and act on selection of financial services provider;

• a request to consider insurance renewal applications as presented; and

• a request to approve estimated expenses for the 2013 Worksite Wellness Fair to be paid from the TAC Wellness Award fund.
