The indictments are formal charges and are not considered evidence of guilt. The following people were indicted:


• Dale Foote, 36, of Denison — aggravated sexual assault of a child, two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact and two counts of possession of child pornography;


• Carlos Portillo, 35, of Sherman — continuous sexual abuse of a child;


• Jamie Demoure, 34, of Sherman — possession of marijuana;


• Hope Connell, 23, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug-free zone;


• Jessica Foster, 35, of Sherman — prohibited substance in a correctional facility;


• Buddy Chambers, 73, of Pottsboro — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


• Rickey Calvert, 51, of Plano —possession of a controlled substance with with intent to deliver;


• Diana Becerra, 38, of Whitesboro — two counts of endangering a child;


• Byran Tuberville, 33, of Whitesboro — burglary of a building;
