NOVO 1, which operates an inbound call center in Denison, will be experiencing some changes over the next few months, after it was announced last week that the company will be combined with a Michigan-based Glencoe Capital company called Dialogue Marketing into a new company named DIALOGDIRECT.

In December of 2012, NOVO 1 merged with another Michigan company, Budco. With the acquisition of Dialogue Marketing, the new company is expected to have a staff of 4,100 globally, and annual revenue of over $200 million.

“We are excited to fully integrate the collective strengths of these high-performing companies,” said Doug Kearney, principal of Glencoe Capital in a press release.

Dialogue Marketing brings to the table five U.S. locations and one Costa Rican location, a combined workforce of 1,300 employees, and experience in analytics and interaction strategies. This will be combined with NOVO 1’s customer care experience, and the marketing expertise gained from the Budco merger.

This diversity in skills and expertise should set up DIALOGDIRECT to offer its customers a wide variety of services, said Jack Wilkie, chief marketing officer for DIALOGDIRECT.

Wilkie said the changes should be relatively minor for the Denison branch, located at the Eisenhower Business Center. There is expected to be no impact on existing customers or employees, said Wilkie. The changeover is expected to be a gradual process, said Wilkie, who described it as “climbing up a mountain instead of jumping off a cliff.”

The current location in Denison is expected to have new signage in the second quarter of the year, and an integrated website in March.
