The Grayson County District Attorney’s Office recently released a list of people indicted. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt. The following people were indicted:


Luis Lares, 28, of Fort Worth — aggravated robbery;


Brianna Dickson, 26, of Denison — aggravated robbery;


Jordan Clark, 20, of Denison — tampering with physical evidence;


DeWayne Meadows, 38, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Joanne Bender, 34, of Denison — injury to a child, elderly person;


Richard Villareal, 39, of Denison — five counts of sex offender failure to register;


William Pennycuff Jr., 38, of Joshua — assault of family member or household member;


James Ramsey, 60, of Denison — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Cameron Wilson, 34, of Sherman — evading arrest with a motor vehicle, two counts of abandoning or endangering a child — criminal negligence;


Jonathan Gilley, 35, of Bells — injury to a child or elderly with intentional bodily injury;


Steven Valenzuela, 39, of Dallas — possession of a controlled substance (heroin);


Victor Salazar-Medrano, 31, of Garland — driving while intoxicated, third or more;


Billy Oswalt, 36, of Howe — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Elvis Atteberry, 26, of Sadler — assault of a peace officer or judge;


Harley Grimes, 39, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine);


Jason Reyes, 40, of Colorado Springs, Colorado — possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone);


Cash Shepherd, 18, of Gainesville — possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine);


James Kennemer, 56, of Denison —possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (Gamma Hydroxybutyric Acid) and tamper with evidence;


Lucio Delgado, 38, of Sherman — driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age;
