BONHAM — Grand jurors in Fannin County returned indictments in 34 of the 34 cases presented to them. The indictments are formal charges and not an indication of guilt.


Fannin County Criminal District Attorney Richard Glaser’s statement said the following people were indicted:


Gerald Adams, 62, of Ladonia — possession of a controlled substance — enhanced;


William Kent Alexander, Jr., 56, of Honey Grove — theft of property;


Eddie Glen Bell, 67, of Savoy — possession of a controlled substance;


Michael Lance Bowen, 44, of Bonham — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


Oren Lee Davis, 49, of Leonard — two counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance enhanced;


Christopher Etters, 31, of Commerce — assault of family member with previous convictions enhanced;


Tommy Lee Gee II, 46, of Bonham — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance


Jose Salvador Gonzalez, 62, of Carrollton — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Xavier Dondre Harper, 25, of Texarkana — theft of property with previous convictions;


Kitty Diane Henriquez, 29, of Sherman — credit card or debit card abuse;


James Lon Keel, 28, of Bonham — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Gregory Allen Lighty, 48, of Sherman — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Stephanie Michelle Lora, 36,of Sherman — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;
