Illegal dumping got two Little Elm men indicted in Grayson County this week.


Both of the men, Eric Mendiola, 22, and Jerry Avirett, 40, were indicted for dumping more than 100 pounds of items in the wrong place. The indictments are formal charges and are not considered evidence of guilt. The following people were also indicated:

Michael Russell, 49, of Whitesboro — possession of a controlled substance meth;


Johnny May, 51, of Gordonville — theft of property;


Emmanuel Mendoza, 21, of Rockwall — sexual assault of a child;


Jacob Eggenberg, 22, of Cartwright, Oklahoma — theft of material and criminal mischief;
