Fannin County grand jurors returned indictments last week on 20 of the 21 cases presented to them. They passed one case for more information. The indictments are a formal charge and are not an indication of guilt.


The following people were indicted last week:


Jason Kyle Black, 39, of Wolfe City — theft of property;


Meco Donya Deere, 37, of Dallas — aggravated robbery enhanced;


Tawny Lee Gee, 50, of Bonham — two charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Lonnie Sherman Giles, 58, of Bonham — two charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


David Dewayne Hunt II, 35, of Cleveland — two counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Girtha Monique Johnson, 30, of Dallas — aggravated robbery;


Demetrius Deion Keys, 23, of Leonard — assault family violence with previous conviction;


Tammie Law, 30, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone and four counts of manufacture and deliver of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


Francis Sharee Simon, 28, of Trenton — two counts of abandon or endanger a child criminal negligence;


Keon Dewayne Thompson, 34, of Dallas — aggravated robbery enhanced.
