The Grayson County District Attorney’s Office released a list of people indicted this week. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.


The following people were indicted:


Kenneth Ingram, 38, of Mead, Oklahoma — online solicitation of a minor — sexual conduct;


Melanie Dogan, 54, of Gordonville — failure to appear;


Brandy Blevins, 30, of Pottsboro — possession of a controlled substance — tetrahydrocannabinol and abandoning or endangerin a child — criminal negligence;


Lucas Howard, 26, of Gordonville — possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine;


Joel Carson, 30, of LaJunta, Colorado — possession of a controlled substance — tetrahydrocannabinol and marijuana over four ounces and under five pounds;


Cassi Smith, 36, of Van Alstyne — prohibited substance in a correctional facility — methamphetamineamphetamine;


John Howell, 33, of Van Alstyne — possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine;


James Bailey, 55, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine;


Marian Obrien, 31, of Sherman — prohibited substance in a correctional facility methamphetamineamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute — methamphetamineamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance heroin and morphine;


Justin Mashek, 29, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine, heroin and morphine;

Reanna Tully, 41, of Gordonville — possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamineamphetamine;

Ricky Bridges, 37, of Sherman — DWI 3rd or more and retaliation;


William Biggers, 33, of Denison — forgery of a financial instrument and possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine;


Carol Enloe, 32, of Newala, Oklahoma —forgery of a financial instrument and possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine;


Amy Schaar, 34, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance — heroin;


Ruthann Buses, 43, of McKinney — credit card abuse;


Terry Tomlinson, 27, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone — alprazolam;


Brand Wilson, 27, of Denison — burglary of a habitation;


Mikayla Brittian, 17, of Denison — possess of a controlled substance methamphetamine;
