An Ector man faces a number of charges related to child pornography following the release of indictments last week by the Fannin County District Attorney’s Office.


Toby Lee Green, 19, of Ector was indicted on one charge of possession of child pornography, one charge of online impersonation, and two charges of unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material.


The indictments are formal charges and not an indication of guilt.


The following other people were also indicted recently:


Alberto Solano Bello, 25, of Plano — violate bond or protective order two times within 12 months;


John Matthew Henshaw, 33, of Bonham — prohibited weapon and possession of a controlled substance;


Edward William Joyce, 40, of Bonham — two counts of manufacture and delivery of controlled substance;


Julie Joann Kennedy, 21, of Leonard — abandon and endanger a child criminal negligence;


Amy Nicole Lane, 19, of Bonham — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Jeremiah Clayton Nelson, 19, of Durant, Oklahoma — aggravated sexual assault of a child;


Curtis Dee Payne Jr., 39, of Ector — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


David Lee Powell, 36, of Leonard — theft prop;


Willie Dee Price, 70, of Hugo, Oklahoma — sexual abuse of a child continuous victim under 14;


Steven Thomas Riffle, 33, of Honey Grove — burglary of a habitation;


Fabian Salinas-Jacinto, 36, of Lewisville — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; and


Leslie Joe Stowe, 53, of Bonham — manufacture and deliver a controlled substance.
