Grayson County commissioners will consider how they make decisions about when to enact a burn ban when they meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Grayson County Courthouse.
In addition, commissioners will consider final plats of Kelpie Addition, Lots 2 and 3; Woods of Fossil Ridge, Phase I; Chapel Creek Farms at Van Alstyne, Phase 1 and lots 1 & 2 of 921 Willy Vester Road Addition. They will also consider the replats of Lot 2, Clay Addition; Lot 5 of the Briar Creek Subdivision; Lots 6 and 7, Summer Hill Subdivision and a part of the Clement 12.43 acre tract adjoining to the South.
In addition, the court will consider a request to allow the submission of the Violence Against Women Act Grant for the domestic violence investigator program. They will also consider accepting insurance settlements for damage to county vehicles.
County leaders will then convene in executive session to determine the value and consider the sale of real property, pursuant to Texas Government code Sec. 551.072. Then, if needed, they will discuss and take possible action to determine value and to consider possible sale of real property, as discussed in executive session.
