Drug related charges fill the most recently released list of indictments out of Fannin County. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.
A release from the Fannin County District Attorney’s Office said the grand jury considered 19 cases and returned 19 true bills or indictments. The cases came from the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office, the Bonham Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, Honey Grove Police Department and the Ector Police Department. The next grand jury will meet in February.
The following people were indicted:
Charles Edward Aldridge III, of Ector — possession of a controlled substance and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone enhanced;
Cody Basye, 39, of of Honey Grove — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;
Alexis Bateman, 18, of Honey Grove — credit card abuse;
Taylor Cain, 25, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance;
Carroll Dwain Crumby, 51, of Bonham — assault family violence with a previous conviction;
Misty Ann Daniels, 30, of Telephone — possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone;
Joshua Wellington Davis, 28, of Sherman — burglary of a building;
Virgil Drake, 57, of Fort Smith, Arkansas — driving while intoxicated third or more;
Azyre Azzell Finney, 20, of Honey Grove — credit card abuse;
Pamela Sue Garza, 43, of Bailey — driving while intoxicated third or more;
Tyler Lavon Hayes, 32, of Kaufman — possession of a controlled substance;
Carla Jo Keck, 23, of Quinlan —possession of a controlled substance;
Robert Keith Ladd, 42, of Telephone — prohibited substance in a correctional facility;
Jonathan Craig Latchaw, 20, of Leonard — harassment of a public servant;
William Eugene Leavitt, 30, of Bonham — driving while intoxicated third or more;
Jenny Mae Massey, 32, of Denton — abandon endanger child criminal neglect.
