Failure to give signal of intent — A vehicle was stopped on Nov. 30 for a traffic violation in the 600 block of South Mirick. The driver was arrested for giving no signal of intent.


Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Complainant stated on Nov. 30 from the 2300 block of Texoma Drive that an employee had been given a company vehicle for business use, but is now refusing to return it. The vehicle has been located in Baltimore, Maryland. The investigation will continue.


Theft — An officer responded on Nov. 30 to a complainant in the 1700 block of Randell Mill Drive. He stated that a suspect stole a 10 foot trailer, black in color, from his property. The trailer had a battery charger, extension cord and riding lawn mower inside as well.


Counterfeit money — A complainant stated on Dec. 1 that a male suspect attempted to purchase merchandise from a store in the 200 block of West Crawford with two counterfeit $100 bills. When store personnel started checking the bills for authenticity, the suspect tried to grab the bills out of the manager’s hand, and then fled the store on foot. The investigation is ongoing.


Criminal trespass — An officer responded on Dec. 2 to a female complainant in the 900 block of West Gandy. She stated that a criminal trespass warning to stay off her lawn had been issued to a female suspect. The suspect had returned to the property and was arrested for criminal trespass.


Burglary of a vehicle — Complainant stated on Dec. 3 that a suspect entered his vehicle in the 800 block of North U.S. Highway 75 by opening a rear window. The suspect then took golf clubs and a GPS system.


Criminal trespass — A complaint stated on Dec. 3 that a female suspect was on her property in the 400 block of West Bond and would not leave. When officers arrived, the suspect still refused to leave voluntarily and was arrested for criminal trespass.


Theft — Store personnel reported that a female suspect concealed merchandise at a store in the 400 block of North U.S. Highway 75 and then went past the last point of sale without paying for the merchandise. She was arrested for theft over $100.


Domestic disturbance — Officers responded on Dec. 3 to a complaint of domestic disturbance in the 200 block of West Hull. A male suspect was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.


Criminal mischief — Dispatch received a complaint on Dec. 4 that a suspect struck the reporting party’s mailbox in the 1300 block of Deer Creek Drive with a vehicle.


Burglary of a habitation — An officer responded on Dec. 4 to a female complainant in the 100 block of Loy Drive. She stated that a suspect entered her residence through a window and took an X-Box One gaming system.


Public intoxication — Officers were dispatched on Dec. 4 to the 700 block of West Bullock in response to a complaint of an intoxicated person refusing to leave the property. The male suspect was arrested for public intoxication.
