Littering — Officers responded on Sept. 29 to a call reporting an intoxicated male in the Wilson N. Jones Hospital parking lot. After the officers made contact with the individual, he was observed littering and was placed under arrest.


Possession — Officers responded on Sept. 26 to a report of a suspicious person in the 900 block of Laurel Street and a male and female driving around in the area. At some point, the subjects in the car exited the vehicle and began walking around. Officers located the three suspects in the 200 block of McKown Avenue. An investigation revealed that the suspects were in possession of marijuana and prescription pills that were not prescribed to them. They were arrested for possession of marijuana less than two ounces and possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams.


Theft of firearm — A female victim reported on Sept. 25 that her firearm may have been stolen in the 2900 block of Texoma Parkway. A report for theft of a firearm was completed and the investigation is ongoing.


Burglary — The public safety administrator responded on Sept. 25 to a male complainant in reference to the burglary of a vehicle. The complainant stated that a suspect entered his vehicle during the night and took his personal property. A report for burglary of a vehicle was generated.


Theft — Officers were dispatched on Sept. 25 to the 3900 block of Town Center Road in reference to theft. Employees of a business reported that a male suspect entered the store and stole merchandise. A report for theft of property was filed.


Theft — An officer responded on Sept. 26 to a female complainant in the 3200 block of Rex Cruse. She stated that a laptop was taken during her move.


Driving while intoxicated — Officers were dispatched on Sept. 26 to the 900 block of West Sycamore Street to investigate a minor accident. During the investigation, it was determined that the female driver who caused the accident was intoxicated. She was arrested for driving while intoxicated.


Theft — Officers responded on Sept. 26 to a male complainant in the 2600 block of North Loy Lake Road. He stated that his bicycle had been stolen. A report for theft under $100 was filed.


Possession — An officer located a vehicle on Sept. 29 in the 2300 block of West Pecan Grove Road. Two occupants in the vehicle were actively smoking marijuana. Less than two ounces of marijuana along with paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. A report for possession of marijuana less than two ounces was generated.


Assault — Officers were dispatched on Sept. 29 to the 900 block of East Wells. A female victim reported that her boyfriend assaulted her, causing bodily injury. A report for assault causing bodily injury to a family member was filed.


Unauthorized use of a vehicle — A female victim entered police headquarters on Sept. 29. She reported that her ex-husband had been ordered by the court to return her vehicle but had not done so. A report for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was generated.


Assault — An officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Gallagher Drive in reference to an assault. The female victim stated that her daughter assaulted her while she was driving down the road. The suspect exited the vehicle and left on foot.


Theft — Officers responded on Sept. 29 to a female complainant in the 4800 block of Texoma Parkway. She stated that a lady she had just met stole money from her. A report for theft from $100-$750 was filed.


Criminal mischief — Dispatch received a call on Sept. 29 from a business in the 200 block of South Dewey Avenue. The male caller stated that his vehicle was damaged by another male while he was at the business. A report for criminal mischief from $100-$750 was taken.


Burglary — A call was received on Sept. 30 reporting the theft of two laptops in the 1600 block of West Shields Drive. The laptops were removed from an unlocked vehicle during the night. A report for burglary of a vehicle was completed and the investigation is ongoing.


Theft — Officers responded on Sept. 30 to a business in the 3900 block of Town Center Road. An employee stated that two females entered the store and stole merchandise. A report for theft of property from $100-$750 was generated.


Assault — Dispatch received a call on Sept. 30 from the 800 block of North Harrison in reference to an assault. The caller stated that his girlfriend had just assaulted him and then left the property. A report for assault causing bodily injury to a family member was completed. Later, an officer interviewed the female suspect. She stated that the male complainant had choked and hit her. A separate report for assault on a family member impedes breath was filed.


Assault — Officers responded on Sept. 30 to a disturbance in the 3000 block of Northridge Drive. A male victim stated that his wife had assaulted him, and he had visible injuries. The female suspect was arrested for assault causing bodily injury family violence.


Found property — A citizen reported on Oct. 1 of finding property in the 400 block of East U.S. Highway 82. The property was received by an officer and a report for found property was generated.


Driving while intoxicated — Officers conducted a traffic stop on Oct. 1 in the 1900 block of North Grand Avenue. After an investigation was conducted, it was determined that the male driver was intoxicated. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated.


Driving while intoxicated — Officers stopped a vehicle on Oct. 1 in the 2700 block of Texoma Parkway. The driver was intoxicated and was arrested for driving while intoxicated.


Driving while intoxicated — Officers responded on Oct. 1 to the report of a male asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle. The officers conducted a sobriety test which revealed that the suspect was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for driving while intoxicated.


Assault — Dispatch received a call on Oct. 1 reporting a male and female in a physical fight in the 300 block of Archer Drive. Upon officer arrival at the scene, an investigation was conducted. A report for assault causing bodily injury to a family member was filed. A separate report was filed for assault on a family/household member impeding breath/circulation.
