Timothy Skaggs, 36, of Howe faces a number of charges pertaining to the abuse of children. The indictments handed down this week by Grayson County grand jurors are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.


Skaggs was indicted on three counts of indecency with a child sexual contact, one count of indecency with a child exposure, one count of sexual assault of a child and one count of prohibited sexual conduct.

Robin Gardea, 45, of Denison — two counts of injury to a child or elderly person, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of intoxicated assault with a motor vehicle serious bodily injury;


Johnnie Wells, 34, of Moyers, Oklahoma — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Tyree Tinner, 19, of Sherman — prohibited substance in a correctional facility (marijuana), unlawful possession of a weapon in a weapon free zone and possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (cocaine);


Booker Washington, 52, of Pottsboro — unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;


Brandon Pinkston, 30, of Anna — theft of property;


Zachary Pomeroy, 22, of Sherman — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon serious bodily injury family violence;


Marcus Rasor, 39, of Sherman — bail jumping;


Joshua Meade, 27, of Colbert, Oklahoma — theft of property by check;


Keith Moncrief, 37, of Collinsville — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Tracy Lee, 37, of Lewisville — theft of property with two or more previous;


Ricky Don Hernandez, 24, of Collinsville — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (hydrocodone);


George Robbins, 22, of Gainesville — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Clayton Hamilton, 30, of Bells — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tamper with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance (cocaine);


Jordan Clark, 20, of Howe — aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;


Guadalupe Santos, 47, of Sherman — driving while intoxicated third or more;


Corbin Phillips, 24, of Pottsboro — sexual assault of a child;


Jayson White, 18, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);


Donald Newsom, 68, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (hydromorphone);


Caleb Ross, 19, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) in a drug free zone;


Brent Despain, 27, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (methamphetamine);


Christopher Baker, 43, of Salem, Oregon — possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine);

Ricky Dale Logan, Jr., 38, of Sherman — burglary of a building;


Michael Yarborough, 33, of Waxahachie — unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon;


Kendrick Lewis, 30, of Denison — aggravated robbery;


Ronald Warnke, 32, of Gunter — assault causing bodily injury family violence with previous convictions;
