Stolen vehicle — An officer responded on Sept. 6 to a female complainant in the 700 block of West Bond. She stated that she loaned a rental car to an individual who now refuses to return it.
Public intoxication — An officer observed a female suspect in a convenience store in the 1400 block of South Austin who was intoxicated on Sept. 5. The suspect was arrested for public intoxication.
Burglary — Officers were dispatched on Sept. 6 to the 600 block of West Hull in reference to a suspicious person inside a residence. They located a female suspect in the residence and arrested her for burglary of a habitation.
Public intoxication — Officers were dispatched on Sept. 6 to the 300 block of West Day Street in reference to an intoxicated person. The suspect was located and arrested for public intoxication.
Public intoxication — An officer spoke to a male suspect in the 800 block of West Crawford on Sept. 6. The suspect gave the officer several false names and it was determined that he was intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for public intoxication.
Possession — Officers stopped a vehicle on Sept. 4 at the intersection of East Lamar and North Harrison. While speaking with the driver and passenger the officers located narcotics on both. The driver and passenger were arrested for possession of a controlled substance from four grams to 200 grams.
Theft of firearm — An officer responded on Sept. 4 to a male complainant in the 1200 block of Park Place. The complainant stated that his roommate was moving out and had a friend helping him. The victim fell asleep during the process. When he woke up, some of his personal property was missing, including a firearm. An offense report was completed.
Theft — It was reported on Sept. 5 that an unlocked vehicle in the 5600 block of Texoma Parkway had been broken into. A spare set of keys was taken from the vehicle. No other items were missing, and a report for burglary of a vehicle was generated.
Theft — An officer was dispatched on Sept. 5 to the 5600 block of Texoma Parkway in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon officer arrival, it was learned that a different vehicle had previously been burglarized with a spare set of keys being taken. It appears that whoever took the spare set of keys from the first vehicle used it to steal the second vehicle. In addition to the theft of the second vehicle, a different vehicle was burglarized. Reports for the two offenses were filed.
Driving while license suspended — A traffic stop was conducted on Sept. 5 in the 800 block of West Freeman Street. The male driver had a suspended driver’s license and had a previous conviction for driving with a suspended license. The driver was arrested for driving with license invalid with previous convictions and no evidence of financial responsibility.
