Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown recently released a list of people indicted by grand jurors. The indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt.


The following people were indicted:


Billey Bounds, 33, of Whitewright — possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance;


Amy Harville, 42, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in a drug-free zone;


Alexis Della Sala, 31 of Sherman — prohibited substance in a correctional facility;


Jackson Smith, 20 of Knollwood — tamper with physical evidence;


Anthony Parker, 43, of Sherman — bail jumping;


Jennifer Baker, 26, of Southmayd — two counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth and heroin) and possession of marijuana;


Francisco Rodriquez Chavez, 25, of Allen — possession of a controlled substance (heroin);


Robert Dickerson, 53, of Fort Worth — DWI 3rd more and possession of a controlled substance (phencyclidine);


Joshua Simmons, 32, of Denison — evading arrest with a motor vehicle;


Jennifer Baker, 26, of Southmayd — credit or debit card abuse;


Salvador Vega, 45, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Pamela Booth, 51, of Denison — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Daniel Gonzales, 37, of Denison — assault family violence with a previous conviction and continuous violence against family;


James Fanning, 52, of Sherman — one count of theft of property and four counts of forgery of a financial instrument of an elderly person;


Ryan Richardson, 31, of Sherman — credit or debit card abuse of elderly;


Brittany Hamm, 21, of Campbell — forgery of a financial instrument;


Tabitha Owens, 34, of Sherman — credit or debit card abuse of the elderly;


Brittany Hill, 28, of Sherman — theft of property;


Leon Jones, 30, of Sherman — aggravated robbery;


Devin Gentry, 28, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Devon Dunn, 29, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance (meth);


Schenika Ballard, 36, of Sherman — evading arrest with a motor vehicle;


Zachary Moreno, 26, of Sherman — assault causing bodily injury or family violence; and


Kenner Almendarez, 33, of Sherman — assault causing bodily injury or family violence.
