Crimes against children and drug-related charges fill the most recent indictments returned in Fannin County. Indictments are formal charges and are not an indication of guilt. The following people were indicted last week:


Bessie Lee Andrews, 58, of Sherman — possession of a controlled substance;


Dennis Adan Avila, 34, of Bonham — two counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child, one with contact and by exposure;


Johnathan Lee Cash, 41, of Savoy — driving while intoxicated third or more;


Kenderick Demon Cuba, 40, of Ladonia — burglary of a habitation;


Jeffrey Dale Gilbreath, 40, of Savoy — theft of property;


Thon Adrian Jenkins, 34, of Sherman — burglary of a building, theft of material and possession of a controlled substance;


Heather Lea Kindle, 25, of Leonard — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


James Allen Matthews, 36, of Bonham — manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Mishay Gabriele McManigell, 27, of Honey Grove — possession of a controlled substance;


Emily Moon, 34, of Anna — aggravated perjury;


James Harold Moon, 51, of McKinney — bail jumping and failure to appear;


Yvonne Ivorylee Moss, 40, of Balch Springs — possession of a controlled substance;


Ahsley Nicole Norwood, 34, of Bonham — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone;


Shae Lynn Prescott, 35, of Bonham — tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance;


Gregory Kirk Shaw, 34, of Sherman — tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana;


Chivas Blair Smith, 43, of Dodd City — forgery of a financial instrument elderly and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance;


Christopher Bernard Turner, 24, of Trenton — possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
