Birth announcements are published free of charge by the Herald Democrat and may be sumitted through our online form or simply by submitting the information to either location.

We only include the names of parents, living grandparents and great-grandparents in the text of the ad. Please include a contact number so that the information can be verified, also couples who are not married must sign a release form available at either Herald Democrat location.
