Sherman Police

Assault -- June 16, 600 block South Loving, A husband had pushed his wife out of a chair causing her to fall to the floor and sustain a visible injury. The suspect, 46, remained in jail in lieu of $4,500 bail, and $242.50 fine.

Aggravated assault -- June 16, 900 South Throckmorton, A woman had been assaulted by her husband and his friend. They had left in a gray Chevrolet. Police arrested the suspects.

Assault on EMS personnel providing service -- June 16, 500 North Highland (Wilson N. Jones Hospital), The victim, a registered nurse, told police a person spit and urinated on her while she performed her duties as a nurse.

Assault -- June 17, 1800 block Crescent. Police were called to an apartment because of two people fighting.
