Denison PoliceTheft -- June 27, 1200 block West Walker, The complainant had been remodeling a house and reported missing 75 pieces of red oak flooring and six bottle jacks from beneath it.
Burglary -- 700 block Maple Road, Two saddles were taken after someone climbed through a window.
Burglary -- June 26, 100 block East Monterey, Between 10 a.m. Thursday and 7 p.m. Friday, somebody broke into a shop and stole a propane grill.
Burglary -- June 24, 800 block East Main, Between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. June 20, somebody removed an aluminum toolbox from the complainant's basement.
Theft -- June 24, 800 block Leper, Someone took four tires off a vehicle.
Sherman Police
Drug arrest -- June 25, 300 block Archer, Police jailed a man following a traffic stop about 11:38 p.m. Thursday night. The report said the officer saw the suspect throw something from his vehicle, and that turned out to be a pipe containing crack cocaine. He jailed the suspect on a felony charge of possession of controlled substance and a charge of tampering with evidence.
Criminal mischief -- June 26, 1500 block Texoma Parkway, A complainant told police that four men broke three windows out of his vehicle.
Criminal mischief -- June 27, 1900 block Deborah, Someone poured chocolate syrup and whipped cream on the driveway of a residence, and on two vehicles.

Disturbance with firearm -- June 27, Ivanhoe area, A grandmother was called to help her daughter leave her home with her infant, because the daughter's husband was drunk and scaring her. The husband returned while his wife was packing to leave and became angry. He took out a shotgun while talking with his wife. When he realized that a 911 call had been made, he left in his vehicle, leaving the shotgun at the house.
No arrests were made and, the report said, there were no signs of physical abuse or that there had been any disturbance inside the house.
