Grayson County Sheriff
Howe area assault suspect jailed -- May 21, 11 p.m., 1200 block Pitchfork Lane, A 911 call to Grayson County dispatch went dead after the caller said his wife was assaulting him. Howe police and Grayson County deputies rushed to the scene, but the suspect was gone before they arrived.
The suspect, a 37-year-old woman, was jailed on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon ($10,000 bail), and with interference with an emergency call ($1,500 bail). She posted bond Friday.
Burglary at lake -- May 19, 1672 Highport Road, Lake Texoma, A Plano resident who had his boat docked in a slip at Highport Marina and thieves had taken fishing equipment valued at more than $1,000.
Pottsboro area burglary -- May 20, 1400 block F.M. 120, A McKinney resident reported that someone had taken his boat from storage and put it in the lake. The boat had damaged the boat so badly it tore holes in the bottom.
Fraud -- May 20, 4400 block West Line Road, Someone used the complainant's credit card frequently, and one of those charges was more than $700.
S&S Middle School assault -- May 20, The S&S ISD is handling disciplinary action against a 14-year-old suspect accused of striking another 14-year-old in the eye with a fist.
Sherman area stolen ATV -- May 21, Farmington Road, Someone took an ATV, valued at more than $11,000.
Gunter area burglary -- May 21, Bledsoe Road, Someone went into a garage and stole two saddles, valued at $4,000.

Burglary -- May 21, 1800 block West Washington, Someone broke into a parked vehicle and took a stereo.
Stolen vehicles
Sherman, truck stolen -- May 21, 2600 block Fair Oaks, Someone took a red Dodge truck without permission of the owner.
Durant, Jeep stolen -- May 21, 1000 block South 9th, he owner of a 2002 Jeep Laredo said he parked his vehicle, and when he returned later, the Jeep was gone.
Van Alstyne, trailer stolen -- May 23, F.M. 3133. Some took a 2007 trailer, marked with the company name Foxworth-Galbraith and with unit number 2245 on it.
