Fannin County commissioners post agenda for Monday meeting
BONHAM -- The Fannin County commissioners will hold their regular meeting at 9 a.m. on Monday at the courthouse to discuss several appointments and awarding of contracts.
The court will consider awarding a contract for construction of a water line, and discuss approval of employing an outside law firm to discuss with final documentation with regards to tax abatements, guidelines, agreements and contracts. Dr. Vijaya Nandi will be discussed for another term as Fannin County Health Authority, and a new member will be discussed for the Fannin County Water Supply Agency.
The appointment of Agnes Ricker and Normal Young to the county's CPS board will be discussed.
Several roads will be discussed for acceptation as county roads, and approval of a subdivision plat with the city of Ector will be discussed, as will a possible $5 filing fee for each civil suit filed in the county level court.
Also on the agenda is consideration and action regarding a budget line item pertaining to ravel, the installation of a new door in the South Annex Building, participation in the Take a Load Off Texoma Government Facilities Program and the discussion of the bid process for janitorial supplies for Fannin County. The jury pay procedure will be discussed, as will the salary for the court report.
The annual salary for the auditor, and three assistant auditors is also up for consideration, as is a resolution regarding the 010 indigent defense grant and budget amendments from the auditor's office. Auditor and treasurer reports are up for discussion, and the court will then remove to executive session regarding personnel matters.
