BLUE, Okla. -- Bennington resident Terry Lynn Curtis, 50, died in a single car crash Wednesday morning.

Mr. Curtis was driving on U.S. Highway 70 about 9:20 a.m. in a 2000 Nissan pickup. The right rear tire blew out, causing the pickup to go off the right side of the wet roadway. It crashed into a concrete embankment and rolled one-fourth turn until it came to a stop on the driver's side, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper B.J. Keeling.

Mr. Curtis was pronounced dead at the scene.
