GARY SEWELL / Herald Democrat While approximately 60 people gathered at noon onThursday outside the the federal courthouse in Sherman to protest the health care legislation currently under consideration in the United States Congress (bottom), around five signs were held up by a smaller crowd standing across the street from the courthouse showing support for the bill (top). Both rallies lasted around 40 minutes. Among those speaking at the larger rally was Texas District 62 Representative Larry Phillips.
