AC volleyball player win conference award

<p>Austin College volleyball player Jessi Fleming has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Co-Player of the Week, and diver Elise Koestner has been named the SCAC Diver of the Week.
</p>

<p>Koestner, a senior from Mesquite, swept both boards in a dual meet against McMurry University to receive the honor. Koestner finished first in the one-meter with a score of 163.70 and was atop the standings in the three-meter board as well after posting a score of 157.00.
</p>

<p>Fleming, a sophomore from Allen, had an outstanding weekend for the Roos, averaging 4.17 kills per set with a hitting percentage of .421 while also adding 2.17 blocks per set and 16 solo blocks as Austin College went 3-1 at the Southwestern Halloween Tournament over the weekend.</p>
